Amanda Terray is the PSAC's women's swimmer of the week.

Junior Amanda Terray (Coaldale, Pa./Panther Valley) of the Lock Haven University swim team was named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Women's Swimmer of the Week.

Terray was a one-woman show at the Vulcan Dual Meet Challenge, hosted by Cal (Pa.) University.

She helped the Lady Eagles win the three-team invitational and sweep all three individual duals by accounting for five Lock Haven wins.

Terray took home three individual wins.

Terray won the 200 backstroke with a pool and meet record time of 2:07.91. Her 2:07.91 was also a NCAA "B" cut time.

She also took top-honors in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:00.31.Terray's third win came in the 100 freestyle (55.20).

Terray, a four-time All-American was also a member of two winning relay teams (200 medley relay & 400 medley relay).

On the day she hit three-individual PSAC qualifying marks.

Lock Haven is back in action at the PSAC Championships.

The meet will run from February 18-21 (Thursday - Sunday) at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pa.
