Vanita Moses is Women's Field Athlete of the week.

Sophomore Vanita Moses (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) of the Lock Haven University women's indoor track & field team has been named Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Indoor Field Athlete of the Week for her recent efforts at the prestigious Penn State National Invitational.

Moses turned in a huge performance in the weight throw at PSU.

She took 11th overall and was the top DII finisher.

Her mark of 54-02 (NCAA provisional) is the top mark in the PSAC this season and is ranked 17th nationally.

Moses and the rest of the Lock Haven indoor track & field team will return to action on Friday and Saturday (February 6-7) at the Penn State Sykes-Sabock Challenge.
