Lady Eagles come up short against Gannon

Senior guard Casi Donelan scored 13 points to lead The Haven, also having three assists while junior forward Kristen Kudrick put up 12 on the scoreboard.
Kacie Hershey, Heather McHugh, Peaches Nesmith and Sharay Hall all scored six points for the Lady Eagles.
Kristina Freeman and Kim Vargas led Gannon in points, Vargas having 13 and Freeman with an impressive 22.
Lock Haven was not far behind Gannon at the halfway point when the score was 29-26 but Gannon came out swinging in the second half to take the victory. The Haven made 20 field goals in 59 attempts and had a total of 38 rebounds.
LHU also took a tough road loss to Slippery Rock (4-15, 1-5 PSAC West) 60-50 last Wednesday.
Kudrick had a phenomenal effort, leading LHU in scoring with a career high 27 points and nine rebounds. Hershey put up six points with seven rebounds to help out the Lady Eagles.
Freshman Tyeshia Carroll and Milan Dry both put up five points for The Haven. Carroll also had six rebounds and two assists.
Lock Haven was 19-59 on field goals while Slippery Rock was 20-49. The Lady Eagles had 45 rebounds compared to the Rockets 32.
The Lady Eagles are back on the court when they go on the road to Edinboro on Saturday Feb. 6 at 1 p.m.
