 Kris Novak, 19 Sophomore, Communications Media. "I really enjoy working with the students. I am a great people person and I feel that I can use my social skills to help solve any problem that arises within the student body and simply be there for any student. I promise to effectively serve as president of the SCC and resolve any issues within the student body with the utmost fairness and non-bias."

 Chris Lunden, 20 Junior, Recreation Management. "I have already held this position for one year and I find it very rewarding to help all of the students. In this past year, I have helped students with concerns and problems that they may be having. I also have a great two-way respectable relationship with administration that will only get stronger to help meet students' needs."

 Chris Sperring, 20 Sophomore, History. "I feel like it would be a good opportunity for me to try and do what I can for the students of the school. I get along well with people. I am able to view more than one side of the disagreement, which helps me make the best decision I can. Saying that, I feel that I would bring some new ideas to the SCC to help it run more smoothly for the benefit of everyone else."

 Brent Frederick, 21 Junior, Health/Physical Education. "I am current V.P. and I enjoy getting the senators involved with activities on campus that are hosted by clubs. I am very active in the student body and it would be very easy to get feedback from the campus. I also am very involved in the clubs, which makes it easy to get opinions and also view the progress of the clubs."

 Meghan Grace, 20 Junior, Business Administration concentration in International Business. "I want to help clubs know and understand their budgets. Plus, as a business major, I have taken classes in both financial and managerial accounting. I feel that I am a hard working individual and will try to make sure that students will find me easy to approach with concerns and new ideas."

 Zack Davis, 19 Freshman, Engineering. "I applied because I am already on the senate. I also am on the Student Activities Council and Budget Committee, so I know already what the current treasurer does. I also want to try and give students what they want according to policies and procedures."

The campus-wide election for SCC officials will take place on Friday, March 27, Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31. Getting to know those who are running is essential to base your vote on an informed decision.
