Bald Eagles win 2010 PSAC Indoor Track & Field Championship Hilton and Mock win individual titles - Lady Eagles take seventh

The Lock Haven University men's indoor track & field team won the 2010 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Indoor Track & Field Championship, held at Edinboro University's brand-new Mike S. Zafirovski Sports & Recreation Dome. The Bald Eagles won a thriller downing East Stroudsburg University by just a half point.

Bald Eagles soar at LHU Boxing Invitational

The 31st annual LHU Collegiate Boxing Invitational proved to be another huge success, with Bald Eagle boxers winning three of five bouts on Saturday's main card. Freshman team captain Jaytron Charles won the feature bout of the evening winning 5-0 over Shippensburg's Dan Koch in the 139-weight class bout.

Basketball downed by Gannon 61-48 in regular season finale

The Lock Haven men's basketball team (6-19, 3-11 PSAC) fell to Gannon 61-48 in their regular season finale on Saturday. Senior Warren Christian led the Bald Eagles with 13 points and seven rebounds. Eric Brennan also had seven rebounds with 11 points. Andres Carpio was close behind, putting up 10 points and four rebounds.

Russell named USTFCCCA DII Executive Director

Aaron Russell, the Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania head men's and women's cross country coach and the co-head coach of LHU's men's and women's track & field teams, has been elected Division II Executive Director of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) by his peers.

Lady Eagles drop last regular season game to No. 1 ranked Gannon

The Lock Haven University women's basketball team (7-18, 2-12 PSAC West) lost their final regular season game on the road to No. 1 ranked Gannon University (30-0, 14-0 PSAC West) on Saturday 78-52. Sophomore Peaches Nesmith had her usual solid performance putting up a double-double with 12 points and a team-high 10 rebounds.

Haven Harriers earn USTFCCA DII All-Academic status

Six members of the Lock Haven University men's and women's cross country teams proved once again they not only get in done on the course, but also in the classroom by earning U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association DII All-Academic status.
