The MTV reality show "16 and Pregnant" and its spin- off "Teen Mom" were both created to deter teenagers from becoming mothers. This is an issue that faces this generation, as teen pregnancy rates go up for the first time in more than a decade. "16 and Pregnant," follows adolescent mothers as they struggle to raise their children.
It's the same old sex story. Another one bites the dust, as it were. Scotty Lago, the 22-year-old Olympic snowboarder from the U. S. of A. has managed to get himself kicked out of the games. For what? Risqué photos. Wait…let me put on my shocked face…GASP.
Although still two years away, some republicans are already preparing and making announcements of plans to run in the 2012 election. Some politicians that are considering running for the presidential position include Mitt Romney, Sarah Palin and Mike Huckabee.
