Lady Eagles advance to NCAA Division II National tournament

For the Lady Eagles volleyball team (28-5, 12-0 PSAC East), the PSAC championships against No.16 California University (Pa.) (37-1, 12-0 PSAC West) was not only a meeting of the top team from each conference, but chance for revenge and a spot in the NCAA Division II National volleyball tournament.

For Lindsey Blessing and Caitlyn Slattery they were able to end their season on a high note being named to the PSAC West first team and for Blessing, it was a great way to end her career in crimson and white.

Lady Eagles look to end 19 season playoff drought

After a dismal record of 7-19 in the 2007-2008, the Lady Eagles look to improve their game and make the playoffs. Their most recent successful season came in 2006 as they posted a record of 12-15 falling just short of a playoff birth. Terray earns NCAA Division II qualifying time

Amanda Terray earned a NCAA Division II qualifying time of 58.76 in the 100 yard backstroke Saturday. "The most exciting part about setting school records would be the rush and excitement once you find out you broke the record," said Terray. The swim team dropped to the tough conference rivals of IUP by a score of (83-38) and Kutztown by (96-25).

Four men's soccer players earn PSAC West awards

After missing the PSAC playoffs by a single point the Men's Soccer team had a lot to reflect on both good and bad. But the four of the Bald Eagles received post season awards including being named to the PSAC West team and one member of the team was named the rookie of the year.

Lady Eagles drop two

The women's basketball team dropped their first two games this weekend at Millersville's Opening Tournament. They fell to West Chester by a score of 88-71 and to Millersville 84-65. They began the game against West Chester struggling to get points as they found themselves down early.
