The Brock community has been waiting for a healthy food cafeteria year after year to no avail.

A vacant area at the bottom of the Schmon Tower has certainly answered the pleas. The new facility, which is aptly named Niagara Market, seats approximately 500 people and aims to offer a unique dining experience to Brock students, faculty and staff.

Proposition 8 was overturned by a federal Judge in California on August 4, 2010.

The ruling was decided after a gay couple claimed that the proposition violated the Constitution and therefore violated their rights.
